Very comfortable position, 3 mins from the S. Lucia train station, in S. Croce area. Relatively quiet, close to a couple of really nice restaurants and bacari. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet room.

The location was central and just far enough away from the main tourist walkway. The room was spacious and had a view of one of the canals. The bed was very comfy. There was lift access. A good place to eat nearby for breakfast. There was a nice terrace to sit out on (but see my comments on what could be improved). Venice is an expensive place. This was good value and spacious. The room was spotless.

Suite was amazing, especially for a free upgrade. Staff were friendly. Rooftop terrace was also amazing after dark. Processco, sliced meats and cheese with a view!

Amazing hotel! Even though we had to check in at a different hotel due to reception being refurbished. The staff were amazing, they ensured we felt at ease, gave us all the advice for travelling around Venice, and let us leave luggage whilst we explored. The hotel was along one of the rivers, beautiful views and the room was beautiful. Great value for the money. We will definitely be going to this hotel again if we go back to Venice! Thank you so much!

The room was spacious and clean. Great there was a fridge to put bottles of drinks. Room was nice and cool on arrival which was fantastic as the walk from the bus terminal is decent.
